Default having been made in the terms of that mortgage executed on the 2nd day of July, 1999, by Neal B. King and wife, Paula Jo King, to CB&S Bank, formerly known as Citizens Bank & Savings Company, Russellville, Alabama, which said mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Franklin County, Alabama, in Mortgage Book 554, Page 512, and default having been made in the terms of that mortgage executed on the 16th day of October, 2008, by Neal B. King and wife, Paula Jo King, to CB&S Bank, Russellville, Alabama, which said mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Franklin County, Alabama, in Mortgage Book 704, Page 317, and default continuing, and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgages, the following described property will be sold to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the Courthouse doors of said County, during the legal hours of sale, on the 31st day of May, 2013.
The property located in Franklin County, Alabama, and described in said mortgages is as follows, to wit:
Begin at the intersection of the North boundary of the S 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section 22, Township 8 South, Range 12 West and the West boundary of Franklin County Road No. B-16 a distance of 83.03 feet to a point; thence South 22 degrees 40 minutes West along West boundary of said highway a distance of 139.17 feet to an iron stake; thence West and parallel to North boundary of S 1/2 of SE 1/4 a distance of 169.3 feet to an iron stake; thence North a distance of 210 feet to an iron stake on old fence line marking the North boundary of S 1/2 of SE 1/4 of Section 22, Township 8 South, Range 12 West; thence Easterly along said fence line a distance of 247.9 feet to the point of beginning. Lying and being situated in the S 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section 22, Township 8 South, Range 12 West, Franklin County, Alabama, and containing 1 acre, more or less.
