Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Keithin Pettway, husband and wife, Linda D. Pettway, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., on the 28th day of March, 2006, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Dallas County, Alabama, in RLPY 1341, Page 268; said mortgage having subsequently been transferred and assigned to HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for the Holders of ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2006-CW1 Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates,  the undersigned HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for the Holders of ACE Securities Corp.
